Individual Chamber Gradient Furnaces TG3/6/9 MK4 TG3/6/9 XL MK4
In keeping with today’s technological advances the TG variable gradient kilns add another dimension to ceramic trial firing. These kilns allow each chamber to be programmed to different top temperatures whilst maintaining the pre-programmed firing curve giving total flexibility and outstanding results.
The variable gradient kilns are available in two maximum design temperatures, 1300°C and 1400°C, ideal for trials with high-fire porcelain bodies.
- Bench mounting
- Maximum temperatures of 1300°C or 1400°C
- Designed to obtain a series of temperature readings from samples during a single firing cycle
- Available in 3, 6, or 9 chamber versions
- Each chamber has its own dedicated thermocouple and control relay situated in the back of each chamber and linked to the TCS2 or TCM2 control system
- Programmable and flexible gradient between successive chambers
- High grade spiral wound elements on tubes
- Hardware/software for data logging
