We carry in stock a substantial amount of spare parts. Spiral wound elements generally can be made and despatched within 24 hours when required for emergency breakdown.

Our dedicated service division provides a comprehensive range of services to industry, schools, studio pottery and private and hobby potters. Our factory-trained engineers are fully conversant with current safety legislation both for electric and gas-fired kilns. Technical and design staff operate in conjunction with our engineers to provide a service which is second to none.
