Turbo Gas – Front Loading Gas Fired Kilns

Turbo Gas – Front Loading Gas Fired Kilns

The turbo Gas range is the result of many years of continuous development providing kilns, which have the ultimate in temperature control systems to give excellent temperature distribution coupled with fuel economy. The linings have been selected to give an excellent life span under the most robust firing conditions whether it be oxidising or reducing atmospheres.

We also offer a design facility for requirements not satisfied by our standard range.

Front loading Gas fired kilns

Turbo Gas Kilns are heavy-duty kilns capable of firing stoneware and porcelain bodies under oxidising and reducing conditions. The linings of the standard kiln comprise of insulating firebrick to the hot face together with alternative versions available with low thermal fibre module linings coupled with an insulation firebrick hearth. The standard range has a maximum design temperature of 1350°C with a non-standard maximum design temperature of 1600°C available.
